Getting started
What do I need to get started?
A transcript of your podcast episode. Paste it into the generator — no audio upload required.
What outputs do I get?
Each pack includes ~20 tweets, one LinkedIn post, a 10-slide carousel, a video script, show notes, and a newsletter email.
What's the difference between Authority and Storytelling voice?
Authority is direct, opinionated, and thesis-driven. Storytelling is narrative, example-led, and warmer.
Brand voice & customization
Can I save my brand voice?
Yes. In Settings you can save tone, vocabulary, and forbidden phrases so every pack matches your style.
Can I re-run the same episode with a different voice?
Yes. All episodes are saved in your history and can be re-generated in one click.
Can I edit outputs before publishing?
Yes. Every output is copy-ready and editable before you use it.
Pricing & billing
How does the free plan work?
Starter includes 3 packs per month, both voices, and 7 days of episode history.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Generation pauses until your usage resets or you upgrade. You can view your current usage in the sidebar.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Billing → Open billing portal. Stripe's customer portal handles cancellations, plan changes, payment methods, and invoices.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
Privacy & data
Is my transcript data private?
Yes. Each user's data is isolated and never shared or used to train models.
How long do you keep transcripts?
Transcripts are auto-deleted on a schedule. You can also export or delete your data from Settings.
Troubleshooting
A generation failed. What should I do?
Click "Report a problem" in the sidebar. We automatically include your user ID, episode ID, model, generation ID, timestamp, and browser so we can investigate quickly.
Why was my output shorter or different than expected?
Outputs depend on transcript length and quality. Very short or heavily formatted transcripts may produce shorter packs.
